What to include

To help us resolve your issue, please include:

Your phone model and its operating system version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 26.1).
The FiuFiu version, shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen.
What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
If an alarm did not ring or was hard to hear: whether another app was playing audio at the time, and whether the phone was locked.

Subscriptions

FiuFiu Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. To cancel, change, or request a refund for a subscription, use the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your phone. If you reinstalled the app or changed phones, use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings to bring your subscription back.

Your account and data

To delete your account, follow the steps on the Delete your account page. The Privacy Policy explains what FiuFiu stores and why. For anything it does not answer, write to privacy@fiufiuapp.com.

Community rules

The public feature board is for FiuFiu ideas and problems. Constructive criticism is welcome. Do not post harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, graphic violence, scams, spam, or personal information about yourself or others. Share only images you have permission to use.

New display names, posts, comments and uploaded photos require review and approval by our team before they appear to other signed-in community members. Bug reports remain private to their author and our team. We review reports ourselves and may remove content or restrict accounts. A report alone does not remove content or suspend an account. We do not send community content to OpenAI.

Use Report or block on a proposal or comment to report its text, photos, displayed name or its author's behavior. Reports go privately to our team. We can remove content and suspend abusive accounts. Blocking hides a member's contributions and prevents interaction in either direction. Manage blocked members in Community rules and controls.

For moderation questions or an appeal, contact support@fiufiuapp.com. Deleting your account removes your proposals and their discussion threads, your comments on other threads, your votes and uploaded photos.
