Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your FiuFiu account at any time. Deletion is permanent.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove, from our servers, everything tied to it:

• Your sign-in details (email address, and the name Apple or Google shared with us, if any).
• Your alarms, wake schedule, and onboarding answers.
• Your wake sessions and challenge history.
• Your nightly sleep summaries synced from the app.
• Your photo-mission reference anchors.
• Your streak.
• Your subscription status, your Stop Alarm ledger, and the link between your FiuFiu account and your store account.
• The analytics events linked to your account, if you allowed analytics.

Purchase history stays with Apple or Google, because they process the payment. We keep only the purchase and refund records that accounting and consumer law require, for the period the Privacy Policy describes, and they are no longer tied to your name or email. We never hold card details.

Data stored only on your phone (for example, cached settings) is removed when you delete the app.

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel a FiuFiu Pro subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your phone, otherwise it will keep renewing.

How to delete your account

In-app deletion is coming in a future update. Until then, use the email path below.

By email

Send a request to privacy@fiufiuapp.com from the email address you use to sign in, so we can confirm it is you. Tell us:

• The email address of the account to delete.
• Optionally, the FiuFiu version from the app's Settings screen.

Open a pre-filled deletion request

We confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final email once it is done.
